As my healthcare philosophy evolved, so too did my own personal health. For most of my life, my diet consisted predominately of prepackaged and processed foods and virtually no fruits or vegetables. I did not quite grasp what it meant to eat healthy and how nutrition affected my body.
I've come a very long way since those days as a result of the knowledge and education I now possess. After years of only knowing how to boil water, today I am an avid cook and have transformed how and what I eat. I have incorporated many of the lifestyle techniques I teach into my own life and I have experienced first-hand the difference it makes. I must also add that I am an animal lover. I have a wonderful dog who has been the best medication I could have ever hoped for! |
