I've chosen to dedicate an entire practice to nutrition and lifestyle because, well, it is just that important. Issues with nutrition and lifestyle are most often at the root of what ails us. Therefore, addressing what we eat and how we live our lives is a very logical approach to achieving health, healing, and disease prevention.
I could go on and on about all of the benefits of eating healthy foods, engaging in physical activity, managing stress, getting a good night's sleep, and spending quality time with friends and family.
